In utilizing our connections with various high schools, colleges, and universities throughout North Central Indiana, we are able to recruit, train, and equip future and current healthcare providers to grow our own workforce.

TRAIN THEM

For high school students, we offer education enrichment and healthcare exposure activities. We emphasize career path understanding and support career path development. 

For post-secondary education, we offer enrichment activities, healthcare workforce preparation experiences, and network building opportunities to prepare students to enter the workforce. 

For current healthcare providers, we provide support in pursuing continuing education as well as host continuing education events.

KEEP THEM

By recruiting, training, and exposing future and current healthcare provides in rural Indiana, we are improving the distribution, diversity, and quality of healthcare professionals throughout North Central Indiana.
